Kirk re-vamped the website after he pushed me into a pool and destroyed my cellphone. It’s some weird WordPress system that is really high-tech and fancy! I’m really excited — it’s rather interactive for those of us behind the curtain– so expect us to update a bit more often! I’m trying to figure out something to give you. Oh– there’s this video that Casey and I made in Omaha! Let me post it here:
Good Friends Records Summer Update
Beyond that, we JUST got the masters for the Fake Problems “Evel Tribute” Picturedisc. Bridey Bowen’s doing the art– well, finished the art. We’ll post some of it soon, as we approach the launch of the single. In that same package came the Broken Gold stuff– now we just wait for the artwork to get finished. If anybody’s ever pressed a record, you know that the art takes forever!
We have a bunch of stuff happening that I wish I could elaborate on. It’s not my place to say, but, we are all really excited about everything! Cheers to everyone. Looking forward to go on tour next week — please bring us beer and food and plan on having a good time.

I was on this website called Punknews.org and this user named Brennis was insulting Fake Problems! I couldn’t believe it. So I did a little leg work, his name is Brian Thompson and is from New Haven, CT — and he’s a freakin’ jerk. His parents didn’t teach him how to act properly. Or how to keep himself– I mean, look at that photo! That’s him! All the way left! With the HAIR! Hahahahha!

Ok, so I know the FP record "officially" comes out tommorow, but i’ve decided to close down the online store. I bet you’re thinking something like "Why the hell would you do that?" Well, good question. Fake Problems leaves for a hugegantic tour tommorow and rather than ship records every other day from the road, i’ve opted to refer you all to the following establishments which happen to be classy enough to carry our entire catalog; www.noidearecords.com; www.vinylcollective.com so yeah, if you want records, order from them. Or come out to a fake problems show. or just come to a show to say hi. or come to a show and tell us we suck. or come to a show and get drunk and pee your pants and black out and forget you even saw a show. or come to a show and watch one band and then leave. or come to a show and have a great time. or do whatever you want. do something. get off the internet.
